How It Works:
On the 30-minute discovery call, we explore your vision, where you are in the process, and your health and wellness goals.
The next step is the Codex Vision process. A 4-6 week commitment and schematic design process where we define project requirements, including preliminary floor plans, budget, materials, systems, and required consultants.
Then we enter the project execution phase. Creating full construction documents and seeing the project through construction.
